These are ADJUSTABLE!!!

As I sell my product at flea markets, craft show,, many of my customer says " too small" "too big" etc..

so I made adjustable wool headband last winter then people love them so much.

I think it's a good idea. no?

Holiday season

Finished Merry Christmas, relaxed on the mountain and my sister in low came from Italy with her BF!
Now just waiting for 2012 to come.

Thinking about this year..
Sales became better than last year but still I was hell to work for 7days a week...

Irénée was super hit and every week I had to make a bunch of Irénée!

Alban,  was also but not many people tried it on.

I think narrow scarf is easier to wear??

Then, of course I made for winter!!

so far just ear warmer/ headband

Flower can be removed (not pin!! but something else!!)

then, you can flip inside out to use other color!

since flower can removed, you can wash headband itself.

Since I made "Mercato Alban" below ↓

I was thinking, it needs to be washable...now, I tell customers "dry clean"

they have never complain but, ...

I try to wash my Alban by hands.. then seems OK just need to wash very very gentleman hands!!

However, this blue cotton make very thick blue tears so much, so some of the light color flower petals got light blue...

so, I made this kind

Her flower is removable!! 

I am ready to use this system on Alban too, so just remove the flower and wash the scarf, then put flower again!!! how convenience..

SUNDAY OFF

I took Sunday off from Brooklyn flea.. I have not had Sunday nice weather day off since2009, I think.

First I went to a flea market!!! as a customer.　

I used to go there always.. but, got shocked.. this flea market will be closed end of August..

I just got important vendor's new locations..

I got this vintage fabric and buttons.. You will see them on my website very soon!!

Next, I went to buy a shower curtain..

Then, just walk around...

How much I missed Sunday off... I should do again...

I started to use vintage fabric this year and I am really into it. I love one of the kind products, since my items are very common, headband, hair scarfs etc, I needed at least fabric to be one of the kind. Then, I started to use vintage scarf for my head wear. I met a vintage seller who has nice scarfs, so I keep continue to make more!!
